- By shuttle service:
In the main terminal you will find counters of the

if you are staying there. Cost: approx. $ 17.00 one way. (*)
Travel time ~40 min. Departure typically every 15 min.
- By bus:
The bus service in the metro Denver is called RTD. You will find a
RTD counter in the main terminal of DIA. Take the bus "AF"
Market Street Station in Downtown Denver.
The stop is 3 blocks away from the CU-Building. Cost: approx. $ 6.00 each way.
(*) Travel time ~50 min. The main problem is that the bus goes only
once an hour.
- By taxi:
It is always an option. However keep in mind that the airport is at least
35 minutes away from downtown Denver. Cost: at least $ 35.00 each way
(try to get update estimates directly from the
cab companies). (*)
- By car:
Leaving the airport, you will be on Pena Boulevard. Continue on it
until the end when it exits on I-70 West to Denver. On I-70 take
I-25 South to Colorado Springs. (DO NOT TAKE I-225 SOUTH!) On I-25
exit on Speer Boulevard South. On Speer turn left at Lawrence St.
The CU-Denver Building is on the corner of Lawrence St. and
14th Street. Parking is not a big problem:
2 blocks away, on 14th and Arapahoe, there is a parking for the Performance Center; 5.00/day. (*)
In front of our building on 14th and Lawrence, there is a public parking place for 6.00/day.(*)
With some luck, you may park on a street for $2 for two hours.
Parking is also available on
campus lots, but only with a CU-Denver ID.
