Setting up printing on a Mac Computer running MAC OS in the Math Department

From "System Preferences" (the icon looks like some gears) select "Print & Fax"
Click the + sign under the list of Printers
For the Protocol Select "Line Printer Daemon - LPD"
In the address field enter math.ucdenver.edu
In the Queue enter the name of the printer (one of: ccm hpbw color3 etc.)
Change the printer name to match the queue you entered
Enter anything you like for the Location (perhaps "math department") or leave it blank
Select Print Using "Generic Postscript Printer"
Click "Add"
Check the "Duplex Printing Unit" if asked since most our printers have this (for printing double sided)

Try priniting something to see if it works.
If you are using wireless networking then you may need to make sure you are connected using the UCDenver ssid, not "UCD" or "Auraria Campus"
