Instructions: You can use the following LaTeX template to write your contributions to the Clinic Report.
  1. Copy the following files to your directory: (The last two files are needed only as examples).
  2. Edit the file template.tex and rename it to whatever name you want (for example: myreport.tex).
  3. Compile the file using the usual sequence of commands: (latex, bibtex, latex, latex).
