This website is here to provide an overview of my research and teaching activities. Please select one of the links below to continue to either the teaching section or to the research section. At UCD I'm part of the computational mathematics group of Jan Mandel concentrating on wildfire modelling. My work involves researching methods of data assimilation (injection of new information into a running simulation) for fuel moisture, an important factor affecting the behavior of wildfires. Previously I have been conducting research in nonlinear time series anaysis with applications to biomedical signal analysis and in machine learning.

In Spring 2014, I will be teaching only one class: Math 3800.
